Boutique interior design and bespoke residential renovations throughout New York City and New Jersey.
Design that feels like you
We start by getting to know how you actually live. How you cook, where you gather, what you need more of, what you never use, and yes, where everyone somehow ends up leaving their shoes.
From there, we shape spaces around you.
We combine interior design, space planning, renovation knowledge, custom millwork, and thoughtful material selections to create homes that feel beautiful without feeling overly designed.

Monica Medina
Founder & Principal Designer
A successful renovation is built on thoughtful decisions and seamless coordination. From the first concept to the finishing details, we bring clarity, creativity, and intention to every stage making the process feel organized, collaborative, and effortless.
We start with a conversation. We learn about your home, how you live, what you need, and what you want to change.
We explore layouts, materials, colors, finishes, lighting, millwork, and all the details that shape the direction of the project.
The ideas become something everyone can work from. Drawings, specifications, selections, and detailed plans help bring the design into focus.
We work with contractors, vendors, artisans, and other project partners to keep the design and execution moving together.
The furniture goes in. The final details come together. And your home finally feels like home.
